Of course! Our Support Coordinators can help you make sense of your plan, explain your funding categories, and make sure you’re getting the most from your supports.

Our Support Services

We do our best to pair you with a worker who truly fits your personality, interests, and goals. You’ll also have the chance to meet them through relaxed or more formal meet-and-greet options.

That’s okay! We want you to feel completely comfortable. If a match isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to find someone who feels like a better fit.

Our Day Programs are fun, social and goal-focused. You can enjoy activities like art, games, cooking, outings, life skills, and community events — all in a friendly and inclusive environment.

Yes, definitely. We welcome families, carers and trusted people to be part of your journey if you’d like them involved.

Your feedback is really important to us. You can speak to your support worker, coordinator, or contact our office directly. Every concern is handled respectfully and confidentially.

Always. You’re at the centre of everything we do. We’ll check in regularly to make sure your supports are meeting your needs and feeling right for you.
Pricing and Payments

We follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Limits to ensure fairness and transparency. Before starting any service, we’ll explain all costs in detail so you always know what to expect. All charges are consistent with your Service Agreement.

We follow the NDIS cancellation policy. If you need to make changes, just let us know as early as you can and we’ll do our best to work around your needs.
Our Team and Safety

Absolutely! Our team members are fully qualified, have up-to-date NDIS Worker Checks, and continue to build their skills through regular training in areas like trauma, autism, and mental health. Each team member holds a Level 3 or Level 4 certification and brings valuable life experience and diverse abilities to support our participants.

Your safety and wellbeing come first. We have clear policies for privacy, safety, and incident management, and all activities are carefully planned to make sure you feel supported and secure.
Transport and Community Access

Yes, we can help with transport to appointments, community programs, or social outings.

Definitely! We enjoy helping participants take part in community events, local activities, and hobbies that inspire happiness and confidence. Our weekly social club is a great way to connect, and we always welcome suggestions for new initiatives.
