SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING

Supported independent living (SIL) empowers people to take control of their own lives through:

  • Promoting autonomy

We want to support our people with significant disabilities to live as independently as possible in their own homes or shared living arrangements, rather than in institutional settings.

  • Choice and control

It empowers people to be given a choice and control over where and how they live, who they live with, and the level of support they receive in their home environment. We work with you to discover what you want and need.

  • Daily living support

We can provide assistance, where necessary, with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, household chores, and medication management to ensure our people are safe and their well-being is cared for.
